By accessing or using the services of INAM Infotech, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
INAM Infotech provides specialized web development, SaaS engineering, and UI/UX design services. Each project is subject to a separate Service Agreement detailing scope, timelines, and payment milestones.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a separate contract, upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables for their project. INAM Infotech retains the right to display the work in our portfolio for promotional purposes.
4. Limitation of Liability
INAM Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
